New Moon Kundalini Awakening at Faena
A monthly ritual designed to align the body, mind, and energy with the beginning of a new lunar cycle. Each experience begins with grounding and intention setting, then Kundalini kriya, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and deep integration.
The New Moon is a moment to clear the field, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the direction you are ready to embody. This is not a regular class. It is a ritual for renewal, clarity, and energetic recalibration.

Detox & Radiance Kundalini Hammam
Inside Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena, Giselle guides heat, Kundalini technology, breathwork, movement, meditation, nervous system regulation, and the ETHERNAL Damask Rose Infusion Oil protocol.
The heat prepares the body. The breath opens the inner pathways. The kriya activates circulation, energy, detoxification, and radiance. The ritual supports physical release, energetic clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Founder of Kundalini Tribe, a modern Kundalini ecosystem based in Miami.
Trained in India and the US under Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, and certified by the Kundalini Research Institute and Yoga Alliance, Giselle brings together breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation, and nervous system regulation in a way that is grounded, precise, and accessible.
Her work is rooted in daily practice and designed for modern life.
