What Actually Happens at a Kundalini Tribe Night

Some moments stay in the body.

A Kundalini Tribe Night is one of them.

We Gather On The Solstices

The Solstice is a moment of change.

Of beginnings.

Of the light turning.

The body knows this even when the calendar does not. Something in us softens on these two days of the year. Something asks to be witnessed.

We gather because the Solstice is not a date. It is a threshold.

Winter. Summer. Four years. Same private villa. By the water in Miami.

The Village

Doors open at 5:30 PM.

The first thing you walk into is the village.

Local artisans. Makers. Healers. Musicians. Producers. The people whose hands hold our community.

We share a meal together. Food from local vendors. Products made by people we know. A slow entry into the evening. Time to arrive before the practice begins.

This is part of the gathering. The Tribe is not only inside the circle. It is everyone who makes the circle possible.

The Fire

Before we move, we release.

A fire pit at the edge of the villa. A pen. A piece of paper.

You write what is no longer yours. What you have been carrying. What is ready to leave the body.

You place it in the fire.

The Solstice holds change. This is where we meet it. Something ends here so something else can begin.

The Practice

At 6 PM we gather around the pool.

Three hours of breath, movement, mantra, meditation.

A live DJ weaves the frequency. Live musicians hold the room. Sound healers move through the circle with gongs, bowls, bells, voice.

We dance. We breathe. We chant. We drop into silence.

Ecstatic dance is part of this. Not performance. Not choreography. Just the body moving without permission. Shoulders. Hips. Spine. Tears sometimes. Laughter sometimes. Whatever is ready to move through.

The water reflects everything.

This is a deeper expression of the same practice we teach inside the Kundalini Tribe App. The daily practice prepares the body. Tribe Night opens the body.

What The Body Remembers

When we move, breathe, dance and sound together, something shifts.

Joy becomes purposeful.

Belonging returns.

The nervous system comes home.

This is why we gather in community rather than alone in our rooms. The body heals in the presence of other bodies. The breath deepens when it is witnessed. The Kundalini moves when the field holds it.

More on how the practice shapes the body over time is in our post on the benefits of Kundalini yoga.

Who Comes

Men and women.

Miami locals and global travelers.

First-timers. Long-time practitioners. People who have never heard a mantra in their lives.

Some come for stillness. Some come for release. Some come because a friend told them something happens here.

All of them leave different.

Joining From Anywhere In The World

Half of our Tribe does not live in Miami.

The livestream is built for them.

When you register for the online option, a private link arrives in your inbox 60 minutes before we begin. You open it, settle in, and the villa comes to you. Camera angles are built for practice. You can see the DJ, the musicians, the circle, the water.

What most people do with their space at home:

Clear a small area. Enough for a yoga mat. Candle lit. Phone on do not disturb. Headphones in. A cushion nearby for the seated portion. Water to the left. A tissue close by for whatever moves.

The frequency travels through the screen. The breath practice does not need proximity. Mantra moves across distance. We have had practitioners join from Madrid, São Paulo, Tbilisi, Tulum, Toronto, Bali. The circle feels whole with them in it.

You are not watching a class. You are inside the room.

For the in-between, when the Solstice is months away, the daily practice keeps the thread unbroken. We built the Kundalini Tribe App for exactly that.

The Closing

At 9 PM we gather at the water.

A final intention. A single breath taken together. Silence.

This is the part that stays with you. Not the dance, not the chant. The quiet after everything has moved.

You leave the villa lighter than you came. Online practitioners often write to us hours later about the same feeling arriving in their homes.

How It Works

By donation.

Three tiers. Tribe Seed at $35.55. Tribe Anchor at $55.55. Tribe Amplifier at $88.88. A custom amount if none of those fit.

Every contribution holds the gathering.

Every donation keeps the door open for someone else.

If You Want To Belong Year-Round

Tribe Night is twice a year.

The practice is every day.

For those who want to stay close between Solstices, we hold a year-round community inside the Kundalini Tribe Membership. Live weekly classes in Miami and on Zoom. Full app access. A WhatsApp circle that stays warm. Priority for the next Tribe Night.

The Solstice is the gathering. The membership is the thread that holds it.

June 21

Summer Solstice. The longest light of the year.

The fire is lit.

The village is open.

We gather again. In Miami and everywhere.

We are a TRIBE.
