What's inside
Five exercises,
five triggers.
Stress doesn't arrive as an idea. It arrives in the body: as other people's noise, as a reaction you regret, as a mind that won't close. Each exercise is built for one of those.
01
The Shield
For carrying other people home with you
You were in a room with too many people and hours later you can still feel them on your skin. This one closes the edges of your field and gives the day back to you: grounded, sealed, your own.
02
The Pause
Act rather than react
Overload shortens the distance between the trigger and the reply. This practice puts that distance back, so the next thing you say is a choice instead of a reflex.
03
The Four Breaths
For the mind that keeps rehearsing
Overthinking is the same thought wearing new clothes. Four breaths, done exactly, take the nervous system out of the loop faster than any argument you can have with yourself.
04
The Gut Check
Initiation into intuition
Stillness is where it starts: the noise drops and something quieter begins answering. This is how you ask a question and learn to recognise which reply is actually yours.
05
The Cave
For being tired and still switched on at midnight
Exhausted at midnight and still switched on. The body wants to sleep and the system won't let it. The Cave brings you down out of that wiring and into the dark.
From Giselle
I made this kit because the questions I get from people running on empty are always the same five.
People write to me tired, wired, over-full of everyone else, replaying conversations at one in the morning. Nothing is wrong with them. The energy is simply moving, and the body is the first place it lands.
Kundalini gives you something to do with it. Not a theory. A practice you can run in a few minutes, in a hotel room or on the sand, that changes the state you're in. These five are the ones I keep coming back to, and the ones I'll be teaching until the cycle closes on August 28.

Questions
Message GiselleIs it free?
Yes. Leave your details and the PDF comes straight to your inbox. You'll join the Tribe's list for practice notes and event invitations, and you can leave it whenever you like.
Do I need experience?
No. All five exercises are written for a first-timer, with the posture, the breath and the timing spelled out.
How long does each exercise take?
A few minutes each. They're built to be done where you are: before a meeting, in the car, at midnight when sleep won't come.
How do I get the PDF?
By email, right after you submit the form. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your promotions folder.
Can I practise this live with you?
Yes. In person in Miami Beach, on the sand, and online via Zoom, both led by Giselle Fiumara.
How often can I use it?
The five exercises hold up any time these triggers show up, and they will. Use them as often as you need.
What is Kundalini?
A practice of breath, movement, sound and stillness that shifts your state quickly and deliberately. You don't have to believe anything for it to work. You do it, and you notice the difference.
What is Kundalini Tribe?
A Kundalini practice founded by Giselle Fiumara, running weekdays at 6 AM on Zoom and in person at Faena Miami Beach, Soho Beach House and Morningside.
