Forty consecutive days of practice. Thirty sunrises live with Giselle and the Tribe, never recorded, never on replay. Ten weekend mornings you hold on your own. You rise with me, not alone.
30Live sunrises, Monday to Friday, 6 to 7am ET on Zoom. Live only. If you are not there, it did not happen.

The cohort begins together on Monday, July 27 and finishes together on Friday, September 4.
Entry is the Tribe Membership, $66.66 a month, joined directly. Your membership carries you through the forty days and everything it includes is yours: the daily live Sadhana, weekly classes, the Vault, the circle.
No trial. No replay. No free days. The commitment is the first practice.
