Can You Do Sadhana Online?
Yes. You can do Sadhana online, and for most people it is the version that actually lasts. Sadhana asks for consistency, not location. What it needs is a fixed hour, someone holding the container, and other people awake with you. A live online Sadhana gives you all three from your own room.
The commute was the problem, not the practice
The honest reason most people stop practicing is not resistance. It is logistics. A 6AM practice in a studio means leaving the house at 5:20. It means weather, parking, traffic, and a bag packed the night before. The practice was never the obstacle. The forty minutes around the practice were.
Practicing online removes those forty minutes and leaves the practice. You open your laptop, you sit on your mat, and at 6AM you are already there.
What online Sadhana needs to work
Not every online practice holds. A folder of recordings is not a Sadhana. Three things make the difference.
It has to be live
A recording lets you renegotiate the hour, and the hour is the whole discipline. When the room opens at a fixed time, you either arrive or you do not. That clarity is what builds the practice.
It has to be led
Sadhana moves energy. Breathwork, kriya and mantra are not background audio. Someone trained has to be reading the room and holding the sequence from beginning to end.
It has to be witnessed
This is the part people underestimate. When you can see other faces on the screen at sunrise, the practice stops being a private negotiation with your alarm. The field carries you on the mornings your motivation does not.
How Sunrise Sadhana works
Sunrise Sadhana is a live Kundalini practice online every weekday at 6AM Eastern, guided by Giselle Fiumara from Miami. It is never recorded and never on replay. Weekend mornings are yours, held in your own practice.
You are not joining a class. You are entering the Sadhana Giselle practices every morning, alongside people rising in Miami, New York, Buenos Aires, Madrid and Ibiza. The room stays open with cameras on until 7AM Eastern, so if you wake late you can still come in and practice with us.
The practice may include Kundalini kriya, breathwork, mantra, meditation and silent integration. Some mornings are strong. Some mornings are quiet. The point is not to perform a perfect practice. The point is to enter the day from a different frequency.
Four times a year the Tribe rises together for the 40 Day Sadhana: forty consecutive weekday mornings inside the same field.
Does it matter where in the world you are?
Only in one way, and that is your own sunrise. 6AM Eastern falls at very different hours around the world. It is late morning in Europe and the middle of the night in California. The Kundalini tradition points to the hours around dawn, but the deeper instruction is simpler: one fixed hour, held daily, without negotiation. Many members outside the Eastern time zone practice with us live anyway, because the shared field matters more than the clock on the wall.
Frequently asked questions
Can you really do Kundalini Sadhana online?
Yes. Kundalini Sadhana is defined by the discipline of daily practice, not by the room you practice in. A live online Sadhana keeps the fixed hour, the guidance and the group, which are the three things the practice actually depends on.
Is online Sadhana as powerful as practicing in person?
They are different, and each has something the other does not. In person you feel the sound in the room. Online you get to practice at sunrise every single day without leaving your house, which is what makes the daily discipline possible. Consistency is what changes you, so for daily Sadhana, online usually wins.
Do I need experience to start Sadhana online?
No. You can begin exactly where you are. It helps to take one Kundalini class first so you are familiar with your own energy, but you do not need to be flexible, you do not need to know the mantras, and you do not need to feel ready.
What time is Sunrise Sadhana?
Every weekday at 6AM Eastern, live on Zoom. The room stays open with cameras on until 7AM Eastern. There is no practice on Saturday or Sunday, so weekend mornings stay yours.
Is Sunrise Sadhana recorded?
No. Sunrise Sadhana is never recorded and never on replay. It exists only in the morning it happens, which is exactly why people show up.
