Tribe App · The Vault
Everything
I teach is what the tribe practices live.
The Kundalini Tribe App holds the practice library. Every kriya, every pranayama, every recorded Sadhana, taught by me, waiting for the hour you actually have.

What it is
The practice, kept.
The Kundalini Tribe App is where the practice lives when the room is closed. Kriyas, pranayama, mantra, short resets, recorded Sadhanas and the teaching behind them, all filed by what they are and how long they take.
It is not a stream of somebody else’s content. Every practice in it is one I teach, recorded the way I teach it live, so what you do at home is what the tribe does live.

What is inside
The whole practice, filed.
Nothing in the app is borrowed. Every practice in the library is taught by me, Giselle Fiumara, owner of Kundalini Tribe.
Kriyas
Set sequences, taught from the beginning. The same ones that run in the morning Sadhana, and the longer ones we do not have time for at six.
Pranayama
Breath on its own. The fastest way back into the body when there is no hour to give.
Mantra
The sounds, with the pronunciation, so you can practise them properly rather than guessing.
Sleep and rest
For the end of the day, and for the nights the mind will not close.
Short resets
Three minute energy resets. The ones you do standing in a kitchen between two things.
Recorded Sadhanas
The morning hour, kept. Not the live room, which is never recorded, but full Sadhanas recorded for the library.
Talks and teaching
Why the technology works, where it comes from, and what to expect as it starts to move.

How long you have
Three minutes on the worst day, ninety on the best.
A short energy reset. No mat, no changing, no preparation. The practice that survives a bad week.
A full practice, the length of the morning Sadhana, for the day you have the hour and the room to give it.
A long kriya or a workshop, and the Tribe Night recordings. The sessions you set an evening aside for.
For the mornings you cannot make 6 AM ET
The Tribe does not close at seven.
The app is not a substitute
The live morning is the practice. The app is what holds you between mornings, and on the days the alarm wins.
Practise at your hour
Sadhana is at 6 AM ET because that is when the practice goes deepest. The library is open at every other hour, including the ones you would not admit to.
Come back to the room
Most members use the app for a week, miss the room, and return. That is the point of it.

Questions
Before you download.
Is the app included in the membership?
Yes. Members do not pay anything extra for it. Become a member and the whole library opens with everything else.
How do I get in?
Become a member. The library opens with your membership, on this site and on your phone, and nothing else is needed.
Can I practise offline?
No. Practices stream, so you need a connection. On a plane or somewhere without signal, plan the practice before you leave.
Who teaches the practices?
I do. Every practice in the library is taught by me, recorded the way I teach it live.
Does the app replace the morning Sadhana?
No, and it is not meant to. Sadhana is live at 6 AM ET with the rest of the Tribe. The app is for the hours around it.
